Nous rapportons trois observations de localisation rare de tuberculose chez des Malgaches. Le premier concerne un tuberculome intracardiaque. Le deuxième est une polymyosite tuberculeuse isolée chez un patient sans aucun antécédent de pathologie ostéo-articulaire ni musculaire. Le dernier cas est une épididymite tuberculeuse sans atteinte des voies urinaires. L’anatomie pathologique permettait de porter le diagnostic. L’évolution sous traitement antituberculeux était bonne chez les deux derniers patients. Ces observations rappellent l’intérêt de penser à la tuberculose devant des manifestations cliniques inhabituelles de pathologies infectieuses chez des personnes vivant en zone de forte endémie.

We report three cases of tuberculosis of unusual location in Malagasy patients. The first patient presented with intracardiac tuberculoma during pulmonary tuberculosis. The second patient who had no significant musculoskeletal past medical history presented with tuberculous polymyositis. The remaining one presented with tuberculous epididymitis without involvement of the urinary tract. Diagnosis was histopathological. The outcome was favorable in the two last patients with antituberculous therapy. This report emphasizes the necessary awareness of tuberculosis even in the presence of unusual manifestations in hyper-endemic area of tuberculosis.
