  Dr Stephen Jones is a practicing urologist and Professor of Urology at the University of Virginia. Formerly president of Cleveland Clinic Regional Hospitals, Dr Jones joined Inova in his current role in 2018. Readers may know Dr Jones through his continued contributions to the urological community and AUA, including most recently as editor-in-chief of Urology Practice. As a respected practicing urologist and leader of a major hospital system, I asked Dr Jones to share his insights about how today’s pressures on the medical system will impact the practicing urologist.
