Le syndrome pancréatite panniculite polyarthrite est une entité rare avec atteinte articulaire rapidement destructrice.

Nous rapportons le cas de 2 hommes, ayant présenté une pancréatite aiguë, avec des nodules cutanés localisés préférentiellement aux membres inférieurs, et une polyarthrite. L’évolution a été marquée par des poussées de polyarthrite, et les radiographies des mains et pieds à 1 mois montraient une atteinte osseuse destructrice.

The pancreatitis panniculitis polyarthritis syndrome is a rare entity with rapidly destructive joint involvement.

We report the case of 2 men, who presented an acute pancreatitis, with skin nodules localized preferentially to the lower limbs, and polyarthritis. The evolution was marked by attacks of polyarthritis, and the X-rays of the hands and feet at 1 month showed destructive osseous damage.
