| Diabetes type II is an ongoing health concern in the United States and one of the leading causes of health care dollars spent.1 It also has been well publicized that the cost of insulin continues to be an ongoing hurdle for the many who require insulin and is not limited to the indigent population.2 We present this interesting manifestation of uncontrolled diabetes in an impoverished male. |
