Voir les affiliationsPegylated interferon alfa has recently been shown to be more effective than classical interferon alfa for the treatment of chronic hepatitis C with or without cirrhosis. However, a higher frequency of cutaneous complications has been observed with this new compound [1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 et ].
