Chronic granulomatous disease in two children with recurrent infections: Family studies using dihydrorhodamine-based flow cytometry - 11/09/11
Abstract |
We employed a recently published technique, flow cytometry using the cell permeant dye dihydrorhodamine, to analyze families of two patients with X-linked chronic granulomatous disease. The results illustrate the utility of this method in the diagnosis of this serious immunodeficiency disease and also in the identification of carriers. (J Pediatr 1997;130:488-91)
