| Commentary This case nicely illustrates the many potentials endoscopy has to offer: diagnosis (gangliocytic paraganglionoma); therapy (snare polypectomy); treatment of an endoscopic complication (bleeding) by clip placement; and follow-up (endoscopy and endosonography).
