• | Voluminous intracerebral hemorrhage is a cause of uncal herniation. |
• | Uncal herniation can lead to compression of the midbrain against the free edge of the tentorium cerebelli leading to diagnosis of Kernohan Woltman Notch Phenomenon. |
• | An image of the whole Kernohan’s spectrum is rare. |
• | The patient presented with a poor neurological prognosis which is a complication of uncal herniation that is uncommon. |
