• | After vaccination, SARS-CoV-2 lgG/lgM in PLWH peaked in 30 days and then declined. |
• | PLWH with CD4+ ≥200 count or CD4+/CD8+ ratio ≥0.2 have higher SARS-CoV-2 IgG/IgM. |
• | PLWH with weakened immune systems are the key population for SARS-CoV-2 prevention. |
