Summary |
We report a case where a patient with known atrophic retinal hole was treated with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. During treatment, the patient experienced eye pain that resolved with repositioning of the coil, but ultimately resulted in retinal detachment. We endorse that ophthalmologists work with psychiatrists to circumvent these adverse outcomes.
