• | Biomass smoke exposure was related to the presence of increased serum levels of RF and anti-CCPs. |
• | A BEI score ≥ 60 showed an increasing effect on the levels of anti-CCPs, FR, hsCRP, as well as on the SHS. |
• | Biomass smoke exposure was associated with a primary non-response to csDMARDs treatment in RA patients. |
