L’angiosarcome du sein fait partir d’un groupe hétérogène de tumeurs non épithéliales, primitives ou secondaires à une radiothérapie, provenant du tissu mésenchymateux du sein. C’est une tumeur maligne rare, représentant moins de 1‰ de toutes les tumeurs malignes du sein. Nous rapportons le cas d’un angiosarcome primitif d’une patiente de 34ans, sans antécédent personnel de cancer du sein ni de radiothérapie, chez qui nous décrivons les aspects radiologiques, histologiques, immunohistochimiques et pronostiques de l’angiosarcome mammaire.

Breast angiosarcoma is part of a heterogeneous group of non-epithelial tumours, primary or secondary to radiotherapy, originating from the mesenchymal tissue of the breast. It is a rare malignancy representing less than 1% of all malignant breast tumours. We report the case of a primary angiosarcoma of a patient, 34 years old, without personal history of breast cancer nor radiotherapy for whom we describe the non-specific radiological, histological, immunohistochemical and prognostic aspects of breast angiosarcoma.
