Highlights |
• | The positive rate of pathogens decreased from 32.6% before the COVID-19 to 10.97% during the COVID-19. |
• | Among all the pathogens, only seasonal HCoV positive rate increased, especially in children. |
• | The decrease of the positive rate was closely relating to public health measures against COVID-19. |
