L’ostéoarthropathie hypertrophiante est un syndrome caractérisé par des atteintes cutanées, osseuses, articulaires et acroméliques en proportion variable. Cette affection est rare mais reste essentielle à connaître du fait de son association possible à une néoplasie notamment pulmonaire. Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient de 56 ans présentant une ostéoarthropathie hypertrophiante secondaire à un carcinome épidermoïde pulmonaire.

Hypertrophic osteoarthropaty is a syndrome characterized by varying degrees of skin, bone, joint and acromelic damage. This condition is rare but remains essential to know because of its possible association with neoplasia, especially pulmonary neoplasia. We report the case of a 56-year-old patient presenting with hypertrophic osteoarthropathy secondary to squamous cell carcinoma of the lung.
