• | The model included seven variables and with the total score of nine points: systemic steroid accumulation> 200 mg (score 2), dry rales (score 2), refractory fever after 3 days of antibiotic therapy (score 1), CD4+T cell count< 200/μl (score 1), necessity for RRT (score 1), and CT manifesting multiple nodules (score 1) or halo signs (score 1). |
