L’environnement de travail doit être réfléchi autant que possible dans une perspective de sécurité des patients et de la qualité des soins. La mise en perspective d’un modèle théorique analysant l’environnement de travail permet d’explorer et d’évaluer l’impact de ce dernier sur la sécurité des patients. Une réflexion managériale sur l’opérationnalisation d’un environnement de travail adéquat doit s’imposer comme promoteur de qualité et de sécurité des soins.

The work environment should be considered as much as possible from the perspective of patient safety and quality of care. Putting into perspective a theoretical model analysing the work environment makes it possible to explore and evaluate the impact of the latter on patient safety. Managerial consideration on the operationalisation of an adequate working environment must promote the quality and safety of care.
