Summary |
The first extensive observation of a patient with Waardenburg's syndrome from birth to age 1 year is recorded. At birth the patient had a white forelock which almost entirely disappeared by age 6 weeks. Iris bicolor appeared at age three months. The medial intercanthal distance appeared increased and hearing was normal. The importance of early diagnosis is stressed.
